The criminality of minors in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1993–2024, the characteristics of the imposition of punishments on them and the execution of their sentences are analyzed, and proposals are made regarding the improvement of criminal, criminal procedural, punishment execution legislation, and other relevant normative legal acts.
