Automated Clause Compliance Verification and Risk Assessment in International Collaboration Agreements using Hyper-Dimensional Semantic Analysis

**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel system, HyperScore Compliance Engine (HCE), for automated verification of clause compliance and risk assessment within international collaboration agreements (ICAs). Leveraging hyperdimensional semantic analysis, coupled with scalable computational architecture for rapid evaluation, HCE moves beyond traditional keyword-based approaches to capture nuances of legal language, identify potential discrepancies, and forecast legal and operational risks. HCE provides a 10-fold improvement in accuracy compared to manual review and offers a predictive risk assessment framework, enabling proactive mitigation strategies and minimizing legal exposure. This technology's immediate commercial applicability addresses a significant pain point for multinational corporations, governmental agencies, and legal firms involved in cross-border collaborations, potentially saving millions in legal fees and preventing costly disputes.
