Automated Topology-Driven Feature Space Reconstruction for High-Dimensional Data Analysis
**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel framework for reconstructing feature spaces from high-dimensional data leveraging advanced topological data analysis (TDA) techniques, specifically focusing on persistent homology and homeomorphism-preserving feature embedding. Utilizing efficient computational methods for calculating persistent homology and constrained optimization algorithms, we develop an automated system that identifies and reconstructs meaningful data manifolds within complex high-dimensional datasets. This allows for enhanced dimensionality reduction, improved feature extraction, and ultimately, superior performance in downstream machine learning tasks. The method demonstrates both theoretical rigor and immediate commercial applicability in fields such as drug discovery, materials science, and financial modeling.
