R code and workflows for species occurrence processing, species distribution models, functional predictions, and regression analyses
This repository contains the data, R scripts, and environmental predictors used in the study "Climate change decouples frugivore richness from seed dispersal effectiveness". It provides curated occurrence records of plants and frugivores, species distribution model predictions under present and future climate scenarios, and the code necessary to reproduce richness- and function-based predictions under climate change, as well as the regression analyses to verify richness–function decoupling. These materials allow users to replicate the modelling workflow, integrate data sources, and perform statistical analyses.
