The Gluvić Constant and Static Vibrational Reality: Persistent Signals Across Independent Datasets

This work introduces the Gluvić constant (Ω_G ≈ 31 nHz) within the framework of Static Vibrational Reality (SVR), a proposed universal frequency that links mass–energy to oscillatory motion through the relation mc² = ħ Ω_G. A broad set of independent datasets—including supernovae (Pantheon+), cosmic chronometers, BAO consensus tables, optical clock networks, gravitational-wave ringdowns, and pulsar timing arrays—consistently exhibit recurring oscillatory signatures near Ω_G. Robustness checks (bootstrap, jackknife, random-phase nulls, seasonal nuisance modeling, and control frequencies) repeatedly distinguish Ω_G from statistical fluctuations or simple systematics. While each dataset alone remains preliminary, the key feature is the persistence of Ω_G across independent probes: no analysis has yet produced a decisive refutation. The results highlight Ω_G as a serious candidate for a new fundamental constant of nature. This article is published as a call to action: further dedicated tests by optical clock collaborations, PTA consortia, and gravitational-wave observatories are required to confirm or refute the hypothesis.
