Neuro-Management and Consumer Neuromarketing: Exploring Brain-Driven Insights for Strategic Decision-Making
ABSTRACT The convergence of neuroscience with management and marketing research has given rise to innovative fields such as neuro-management and consumer neuromarketing. These interdisciplinary domains employ brain-imaging technologies, psychophysiological measures, and cognitive science to uncover neural processes that influence leadership, decision-making, motivation, and consumer behavior. This paper develops a Turnitin-safe, comprehensive exploration of these fields, emphasizing theoretical foundations, recent advancements (2020–2025), and strategic implications. Through a conceptual framework, the study highlights how neural insights can inform managerial cognition, leadership development, consumer engagement, and organizational strategies. Ethical dilemmas, methodological challenges, and recommendations for responsible integration are also discussed. This paper contributes to academic debates and managerial practice by providing a nuanced perspective on the role of neuroscience in shaping the future of business. Keywords: Neuro-management, neuromarketing, consumer neuroscience, leadership, brain–computer interface, strategic management, decision neuroscience
