The Theory of the General Efective Gravity (Garcian Gravity) DEFINITIVE
We propose an extension of gravitational theory, named García’s Effective Quantum Gravity (GG), where gravitational effects are not solely determined by rest mass, as in General Relativity, but also by the energy radiated by a system (photons, neutrinos, gravitational waves). The core of the formulation is the introduction of a new universal, dimensionless constant —the Qoop Constant (Ϙ)— which acts as a radiative–gravitational coupling factor. The fundamental relation: GG=Ϙ · ( E/m ) connects microscopic regimes (unstable particles such as the muon) with macroscopic scales (pulsars, neutron stars, early galaxy formation, and the Big Bang). GG recovers Newtonian and Einsteinian results as limits, while naturally incorporating radiative contributions and avoiding singularities. This framework suggests a bridge between quantum-scale phenomena and cosmological dynamics, providing new avenues for testable predictions in both particle physics and astrophysics.
