Starting a business from the first order of the State
In recent years, Vietnam has been actively promoting the startup movement through many support policies such as providing capital, training, connection, technology transfer, etc. However, most of the current policies only focus on the fundamental factors, without touching the most core needs of startups: product output. The most difficult problem for startups is not the idea or technology, but convincing consumers to use the product. When they have the first customers, especially reputable customers, businesses will create cash flow, increase reliability and have more motivation to expand the market as well as raise capital. In that context, the State's role as the "first buyer" for innovative products and services of startups is considered a breakthrough support policy.
