Modeling of Innovation Processes of Knowledge-Intensive Enterprises (In Russ.)

This paper proposes an approach to modeling innovation processes in high-tech enterprises using economic and mathematical models. The relevance of the study stems from the need for a precise evaluation of innovation investment effectiveness under rapid technological changes and external uncertainty. The suggested model accounts for time lags between investments and results, as well as memory effects that describe declining performance in the absence of continuous innovation. The model describes profitability dynamics as a function of investment volumes in both innova-tion and operational activities, as well as the internal state of the enterprise. The concept of competitiveness is formalized, and quantitative indicators are introduced to reflect the organization’s sensitivity to innovation-related impacts. The paper also considers the problem of optimal resource allocation across innovation projects under financial and technological constraints. The novelty of the research lies in applying finite automata to enterprise state analysis and developing a predictive model integrated into digital innovation management systems. The proposed approach enables informed managerial decision-making concerning the prioritization and funding of innovative activities, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of high-tech enterprises.
