Efektivitas Taman Bacaan Masyarakat dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Warga Belajar di PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru

Abstract: This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of Community Reading Parks (TBM) in increasing the learning motivation of students at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to understand the phenomena that occur in the field. The results of the study indicate that the TBM Hi PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Program is running well. With interactive and innovative learning methods. this program has succeeded in improving literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the self-confidence of students. Despite facing challenges such as limited resources and diverse abilities of participants, this program remains effective and has a positive impact on the quality of life of students. Key factors for the success of this program include routine supervision, resources that are utilized effectively, and active participation of students. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar warga belajar di PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program TBM di PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru berjalan dengan baik. Dengan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif, program ini telah berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi, serta kepercayaan diri warga belajar. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan keberagaman kemampuan peserta, program ini tetap efektif dan memberikan dampak positif pada kualitas hidup warga belajar. Faktor kunci keberhasilan program ini meliputi pengawasan rutin, sumber daya yang dimanfaatkan secara efektif, serta partisipasi aktif warga belajar.
