GALOFIT QUYONJUN (HALOCHARIS HISPIDA) O'SIMLIGI ENDOFIT, RIZOSFERA VA FILOSFERA BAKTERIYALARINING SHO'RLANISHGA CHIDAMLILIGI
The importance of promising approaches based on the relationship between wild halophyte plants and their microorganisms in the cultivation of cultivated plants in saline soils and the stabilization of the ecological state of saline soils has been covered in many scientific literature. For this purpose, 76 bacterial isolates were randomly isolated from the endophyte, rhizosphere, and phyllosphere of the plant Halocharis hispida (Schrenk) Bunge in the saline lands of Mirzoabad district of Syrdarya region. The isolated isolates were grown on nutrient agar media containing different levels of NaCl and their salt tolerance properties were evaluated.
