Sangam literature can be said to have a special image of the dignity of women. It is natural for women's shoulders to be seen in a state of bliss when the leader is near. Moreover, the leader himself would write on the shoulders of the leader and make her happy. It was customary in Sangam literature to call these shoulders of the leader as perundhol, panaithol, and thadamenthol. This article aims to examine the position of the shoulders in expressing feelings in the love life of the leader and the leader.
