In the context of globalization processes in the world, reforms in the education system and the latest achievements of scientific development, in the context of modernization and informatization of education, models of ideological struggle against negative vices are being implemented in practice. In particular, within the framework of the Sorbonne Declaration, Education For All (EFA), Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the World Education Forum and the Lisbon Conventions, as well as within the Bologna process, major projects are being implemented to identify innovative directions for improving socio-cultural competencies and ensure the variability of interactive forms of the educational process.
