HARPOCRATES Newsletter – Looking Back, Moving Forward (September 2025)

This newsletter from the Horizon Europe project HARPOCRATES (2022–2025) presents recent progress and activities on advancing privacy-preserving technologies for secure data sharing and analysis. Coordinated by Tampere University, the consortium of 13 partners from 9 European countries combines Functional Encryption, Homomorphic Encryption, and Differential Privacy with machine learning to develop new cryptographic frameworks and demonstrators.
