ENVRI-Hub NEXT_D4.1_Updated Version of CDE Plan

This updated Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE) plan refines ENVRI-Hub NEXT's strategy for maximising project impact at its midpoint (M18). Building upon the foundation established in the initial plan (D3.1), this version incorporates lessons learned and progress from the first 18 months of implementation. It evolves our approach to raising awareness of ENVRI-Hub NEXT services, showcasing contributions to integrated environmental research through enhanced data access and analysis capabilities, and driving stakeholder adoption. The plan further strengthens exploitation pathways for key deliverables to ensure sustainable community benefits beyond the project lifecycle. A revised work plan details refined activities and partner responsibilities for the project's second phase, aligning CDE execution with technical advancements and stakeholder feedback.
