Automated Cyber-Physical System Validation via Multi-Modal Data Fusion and HyperScore Analysis
**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel framework for automated validation of cyber-physical systems (CPS), focusing on the crucial intersection of safety, reliability, and performance. Current validation methods are primarily manual and require significant human effort. Our system, leveraging multi-modal data ingestion, sophisticated semantic parsing, and a layered evaluation pipeline, provides a scalable and efficient solution for identifying vulnerabilities and optimizing system behavior. The core innovation lies in the application of a HyperScore, a dynamically weighted and boosted score derived from multiple evaluation metrics, enabling rapid prioritization of validation efforts and accelerating the certification process. This framework allows for the detection of inconsistencies and anomalies that would be easily overlooked during traditional manual review.
