PENGARUH JOB ENRICHMENT, PARTISIPASI SERTA LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP PERFORMA KERJA KARYAWAN PT. BINA BANGUN PERKASA KEDIRI

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of job enrichment, participation,and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BinaBangun Perkasa, Kediri. A quantitative method with an associativeapproach was applied, involving 34 respondents selected throughpurposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires andanalyzed with multiple linear regression, including t-tests, F-tests, andthe coefficient of determination. The results show that job enrichment,participation, and the physical work environment have a positive andsignificant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employeeperformance. These findings highlight the importance of implementingjob enrichment strategies, enhancing employee participation, andproviding a supportive physical work environment to improveperformance and organizational success.Keywords: Humble Leadership, Professionalism, and EmployeePerformance
