Static Vibrational Reality and the Ω₉ Frequency: Null and Preliminary Tests with LIGO/Virgo Data

We present the first systematic test of the Gluvić constant (Ω₉ ≈ 6.2 rad/s ≈ 0.987 Hz), a universal frequency predicted by the Static Vibrational Reality (SVR) framework. Using publicly available LIGO/Virgo O3 data, we developed a lock-in detection and phase-coherence method combined with strict null tests (off-band, scrambling, jackknife). Results from three representative gravitational-wave events (GW190930, GW190814, GW190521) show no conclusive evidence for Ω₉ oscillation. One event (GW190814) showed partial phase alignment, and another (GW190521) exhibited anti-phase behavior, but neither reached statistical significance. This study therefore provides the first null-test baseline for Ω₉ in LIGO/Virgo data. While no detection was made, the method is validated and ready for future applications — including longer coherent windows, stacking across events, harmonics (2Ω₉, 3Ω₉), and cross-checks with pulsar timing arrays and atomic clocks.
