Today, in the context of globalization, technological development, and labor market volatility, unemployment causes various problems not only at the individual level, but also at the societal and national levels. In this sense, it is important to scientifically substantiate the classification parameters of unemployment from an economic, social, and psychological point of view, as well as to develop the main trends in the attitude towards labor in the future.
