Pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership, Green HRM Practices dan Employee Green Behavior terhadap Employee Green Commitment

AbstractThis study analyzes the influence of Green Transformational Leadership(GTL), Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRMP), andEmployee Green Behavior (EGB) on Employee Green Commitment (EGC)at PT Widus Logistics, North Jakarta. Using a quantitative method witha saturated sample of 50 permanent employees, data were collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results show that GTL, GHRMP, and EGB have a positive andsignificant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on EGC. Thesefindings highlight the importance of green leadership, sustainable HRpractices, and Employee Green Behavior in strengthening the company’secological commitment.Keywords: Green Transformational Leadership, Green HRM Practices,Employee Green Behavior, Employee Green Commitment
