SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF THE FORMATION, LEVELS AND FACTORS OF REPRODUCTION OF UNEMPLOYMENT
The formation and reproduction of unemployment should be studied based on objective and subjective factors. Objective factors are the directions of activity and various conditions that are independent of people, meaning they are not dependent on the subject's will. These include the development of productive forces, quality in economic processes, and labor force competition. The subjective factor includes the psychophysiological characteristics of a person, that is, organization, creative activity, and the ability to take risks. Social characteristics include gender, age, social affiliation, and qualifications. However, objective factors always play a decisive role.
