Analisis Pengendalian Waktu Pada Pembangunan Gedung Dengan Metode CPM Pada Pembangunan Gedung Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Cineam Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Project management is a process in which individuals as part of an organization participate in the maintenance, development, control, and implementation of programs all of which must be consistent with the objectives that have been set and run over time. The advantage of CPM is completing empirically formed schedules and helping implementers analyze, plan and schedule projects to be effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the critical path in the construction of the SMP Negeri 1 Cineam building, Tasikmalaya Regency using the CPM Method and to control time on the construction work of the SMP Negeri 1 Cineam building, Tasikmalaya Regency using the CPM Method. The methods in this study are data collection, analyzing data using the CPM method, analyzing the results and drawing conclusions from this study.By using the critical path method, the critical path is obtained in the construction project of the SMP Negeri 1 Cineam Tasikmalaya building using the critical path method, the critical path is obtained in work activities B, C, D, G, I and J, namely in the work of Excavation, Foundation, Concrete, Floor, Painting and Sanitation Work. Time control using the critical path method (CPM) can make the time effective from the normal duration value of 119 Calendar Days based on Time Schedule to 74 Calendar Days using the CPM Method.
