Successful Lysogen Formation for Cluster AY Phage, CookieBear

We present experimental data for lysogen formation by phage CookieBear, a cluster AY phage isolated using Arthrobacter globiformis B-2979. We determine its attachment sequence and integration site in the host, as additonally present data showing heterotypic immunity to phages of other clusters. We also show no superinfection immunity to another clyster AY phage, Anekin.
