Therapeutic VEGFC treatment provides protection against traumatic brain injury-driven tauopathy pathogenesis

snRNA-seq Phyton code for comparison of mild TBI PS19 mice to sham (non-injured controls) with and without VEGFC treatment. To asses gene expression differences between each of our four treatment groups (Sham+GFP, Sham+VEGFC, TBI+GFP, TBI+VEGFC) we combined the right (ipsilateral) hippocampus from 5 individual mice to yield a pooled sample of cells for each condition. The code includes files for both a global analysis of all the cells as well as a neuron specific reclustering.
