Dynamics of a switched pest management model with seasonally migrating, predation-induced fear and unilaterally interspecific cooperative hunting
In this paper, we present a switched pest management model with seasonally migrating, predation-induced fear and unilaterally interspecific cooperative hunting. By taking advantage of impulsive differential equations theories and mathematical analysis methods, the sufficient conditions for the permanence and globally asymptotical stability of pest-eradication boundary periodic solution are obtained. Our results are verified by numerical simulations, and bifurcation diagrams reveal rich dynamical properties of system [Formula: see text], including period-doubling bifurcation and chaos. Finally, through numerical analysis, we find that the unilaterally interspecific cooperative hunting can suppress pest population efficiently and discuss the optimal releasing strategies with different cases.
