Buddharaksa Moral Community Research & Development Center

The Buddharaksa Moral Community Research & Development Center was established on 27 September 2025, coinciding with World Research Day, as a major framework for advancing research and development (R&D) in morality, religion, society and the environment. The Center originated from the Buddharaksa Moral Community Project, which has been driven under the framework of the Moral Community Project Empowered by the Power of BOVORN, under the patronage of the Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Thailand. To strengthen its environmental focus, the Buddharaksa Community Forest Research Center was set up as a sub-unit, using the community forest as a natural field laboratory and research base. The Center’s missions include producing new knowledge, developing integrated policies and projects, establishing academic knowledge repositories (DOI, ORCID, Wikidata) and disseminating research and innovations to both Thai society and the international community. Ultimately, the Center seeks to elevate Thai communities onto the global stage with the combined strength of academic excellence and moral values.
