УПРАВЛІНСЬКІ РІШЕННЯ: МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ ІНТЕГРАЛЬНОЇ ЯКОСТІ

The article presents a position on the methodology of integral quality of management decisions. The features of the formation of the concept of integral quality of management decisions and its place in the development of the professional management system are determined. An evidentiary base is formed regarding the direct connection of integrated quality management decisions with the system of formation and development of integrated management. The format of integrated management decisions is proposed as a systemic adapted interaction of efficiency (acquired professional potential) and effectiveness (practice of achieving goals) of management personnel actions. The main attention in the development of the management professionalization system is paid to the development of primary management education (bachelor's and master's degrees) and the system of adaptive training of current management personnel. The emphasis is on the scientific basis of management education and the system of professional management training. The system of integrated management is considered through basic structural concepts that form the place and role of integrated quality management decisions. Attention is drawn to such basic concepts of the development of integrated management and integrated management decisions as integrated quality, intellectual capacity, relevant information base, integrated motivational system, semantic dynamics of innovative changes. Conditions for the development of a system of integrated quality management decisions are proposed. The basic components of the integrated quality of management decisions and their strategic significance are determined. The role of integrated quality management decisions for the innovative development of modern society is investigated. The facts of the actualization of professional management and the consolidation of its new format as a priority factor of innovative post-industrial progress are presented. Attention is drawn to the socio-cultural context of the development of integrated management and the system of making and implementing management decisions.
