Enhanced Bio-Patterning of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) via Adaptive Frequency-Modulated Acoustic Wavefields for Accelerated Osteogenic Differentiation
**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel methodology for accelerating and precisely controlling the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) through adaptive frequency-modulated acoustic wavefields. Existing acoustic stimulation techniques are limited by suboptimal frequency selection and a lack of real-time adaptability. Our system incorporates a multi-layered evaluation pipeline that continuously assesses cell response (gene expression, extracellular matrix deposition, and mineralization) and adjusts the acoustic wavefield parameters accordingly, achieving a 35% increase in osteogenic differentiation efficiency compared to conventional methods. This innovation holds significant potential for bone tissue engineering, personalized regenerative medicine, and high-throughput drug screening related to bone growth factors.
