UNIVERSALITY AND RELATIVISM OF HUMAN RIGHTS
The concept of human rights is as old as man. Human rights from the creation of man and continues to exist even after the death of a man. Human rights are said to be a necessary part of man's existence and as such if taken away from any man makes such a person less human. They are not human rights because the constitution or legislation said so rather theselaws are meant to respect, promote and protect that which already exist in every man.
