Adjustments to the Spatial Cracks Theory: Observing the Future via Quantum Tunneling and the LOEH Framework
This appendix addresses a critical clarification in the spatial cracks hypothesis, resolving a misconception regarding the speed of light ( c ) in vacuum versus non-vacuum environments. The speed of light outside a vacuum (( c_{\text{medium}} )) is reduced compared to the universal constant ( c ) (the speed of light in vacuum, ( 3 \times 10^8 , \text{m/s} )) due to environmental resistance, such as refractive effects in a medium. Consequently, when light travels through spatial cracks, which reduce such resistance, the effective velocity approaches ( c ), leading to time dilation. This causes a signal receiver in a frame moving through the cracks (system S') to experience slower time compared to the rest frame (system S, the ordinary timeline). For instance, 1 second in the receiver’s frame (S') may correspond to 10 seconds in the ordinary timeline (S). This mechanism explains how an observer with a receiver, actively or passively (without knowing the cracks' nature), can perceive future events in S, constituting a form of "prophetic" observation. Furthermore, spatial cracks induce a time-slowing effect, acting as a unique absorption mechanism. A collection of cracks may explain why black holes do not lose matter, as this process is significantly slowed. The accretion model remains valid, while the reality collapse theory is tentatively rejected at the physical scale. Mathematically, the grandfather paradox retains its implications for reality collapse. The reality collapse theory, distinct from wave function collapse (which is disregarded here), persists as an explanation for reality collapse due to time travel (via superluminal mechanisms), potentially resetting certain civilizations. Do not be concerned, as the civilization reset process operates as follows: the first individual to send information to the past ceases to exist, but others remain unaware, as their reality persists. Only the sender’s reality collapses. This continues until the last individual or until only those incapable of discovering how to send information remain. Thus, if you refrain from sending information, your existence continues indefinitely, despite adjacent realities collapsing. Your timeline progresses from the collapsed reality, so there is no cause for concern. For those seeking to foresee the future—whether to avoid events, gain knowledge, or pursue personal goals—this is your prerogative.
