Numerical and deep learning approaches in Double diffusion natural convection modified nanofluid flow in a hexagonal cavity with a circular heated obstacle

• Natural convection modified nanofluid flow in a hexagonal cavity with a circular heated obstacle were analyzed. • The solution of the projected model governing equations is evaluated by Galerkin Method (FEM). • Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) is used to ensure the accuracy of our solution and compare our results. • The graphical description shows that heat transfer is enhanced during the modified nanofluid flow in the hexagonal cavity. Hexagonal cavities have been widely applied in fluid flow problems due to their distinct geometric properties. The hexagonal geometry promotes chaotic advection and increases fluid mixing, leading to enhanced homogeneous fluid compositions and reaction rates. This study demonstrates the examination of natural convection modified nanofluid flow in a hexagonal cavity with a circular heated obstacle. The modified nanofluid contained different categories of nanoparticles and water. The finite element method is considered to perform the physical model. Convergence tests for grid generation and results authentication are performed to assure the credibility of this study. Also, the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) is used for the Comparison of results. The results are demonstrated in the form of streamlines, isothermal and isoconcenreation plots. The velocity, temperature and concentration graphs are also examined. The kinetic energy, Nusselt number and Sherwood number are examined in the form of tables. The concluding remarks showed that with the effect of solid volume fraction the kinetic energy and heat transfer are enhanced during the modified nanofluid flow in the hexagonal cavity. The comparison indicates a strong match between the findings.
