Temporal-phase and fractal-decoherence extensions for JUNO oscillation analyses — The Equation of Time framework
This technical note proposes a set of supplementary physics parameters for JUNO oscillation analyses, motivated by a framework in which inertial/gravitational mass and gauge interactions arise as emergent deformations of an underlying temporal scalar field τ(x). We introduce: (i) a baseline-linear propagation phase φτ=εL producing rigid L/E shifts; (ii) a weak energy-dependent dispersion for supernova bursts Δt(E)=κE^α (fractal temporal noise); and (iii) sterile-like spectral distortions (3+1) interpretable as torsional modes of τ. We outline likelihood extensions, systematic profiling (energy nonlinearity, non-uniformity, reactor shape), null-tests (tidal tag), and deliverables (containerized code). The goal is to enable orthogonal constraints without compromising JUNO’s mass-ordering program.
