Buddharaksa Moral Community and Buddhist Social Integration Project under the Baworn Collaboration Framework

The Buddharaksa Moral Community Project (formally known as the “Buddharaksa Project”) was initiated with a strong determination to revitalize Thai society through moral integrity, ethical values, and resilient community foundations. The project is rooted in community participation and the collaborative power of the Baworn model, which integrates: • B = Baan (Home or Local Community) • Wo = Wat (Temple, Monks, and Moral Leaders) • R = Ratchakarn (Schools and Government Agencies) Through the synergistic efforts of the Sunday Buddhist Study Centers (SBSC) and the Buddhist Moral Promotion Unit (BMPU), along with nationwide networks of temples from both the Mahanikaya and Dhammayut traditions, as well as support from public and private sectors, the project emphasizes grassroots development as a foundation for national stability and sustainable moral advancement.
