EVOLUTION OF INTERNATIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO DETERMINING BANK CAPITAL

The article presents the modern international experience of development of requirements for bank capital and its adequacy. On the example of such countries as the USA, Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Italy, the result of the test of determination of national requirements in the field of capital in the XX century. The features of development of banking systems of state data are analyzed, the features of requirements for banks' capital are revealed and the evolution of the specified requirements is analyzed. In addition, the article search and development of international standards in the field of capital requirements, namely the evolution of international agreements on capital issued by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision is analyzed.
