El egreso desde la perspectiva de las trayectorias académicas tendencias institucionales y aportes desde las narrativas de estudiantes de la FAHCE-UNLP

This article presents a study of graduation promotion policies at the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences of the UNLP. Its objective is to analyze the strategies and mechanisms implemented by this academic unit within the framework of the Academic Performance and Graduation Program (PRAE). In this sense, the graduation issue is addressed from a perspective that focuses on the institutional perspective and the monitoring of trajectories, based on the production of valuable information and based on indicators that define the design of academic innovations. Methodologically, this study uses a qualitative design with a descriptive and interpretive approach. The data collection techniques selected were documentary research and in-depth semi-structured interviews. The conclusions presented are limited to their preliminary nature, but they allow us to observe intense institutional dynamics and a very positive assessment by students regarding the impact of the implemented strategies.
