Penggenapan Nubuatan Para Nabi Perjanjian Lama Pada Zaman Intertestamental

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the prophecies of the Old Testament prophets and the fulfillment of these prophecies in the intertertestamental age. The intertestamental age that began from the end of Malachi's prophecy to the time when the Archangel Gabriel was sent to deliver God's word to Zechariah is often called the Silent Aged. This era lasted for 400 years. In this age, God does not speak to a prophet, but this does not mean that God does not work among His people. In his research, the author found that God continues to work in the intertestamental age by fulfilling the prophecies of God's Word that have been spoken by the Old Testament prophets such as the prophet Daniel, the prophet Ezekiel, the prophet Malachi and other prophets. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a literature study approach. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the Word of God that has been spoken by the prophets of the Old Testament, was really fulfilled by God in the intertestamental age, in accordance with the prophecy that has been delivered. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan nubuatan-nubuatan para nabi Perjanjian Lama dan penggenapan nubuatan-nubuatan tersebut pada zaman instertestamental. Zaman intertestamental yang dimulai sejak akhir nubuatan nabi Maleakhi sampai saat Malaikat Gabriel diutus untuk menyampaikan firman Tuhan kepada Zakharia sering disebut the Silent Aged. Zaman ini berlangsung selama 400 tahun. Pada zaman ini, Allah tidak berfirman kepada seorang nabi, namun hal ini bukan berarti Allah tidak berkarya diantara umat-Nya. Dalam penelitian, penulis menemukan bahwa Allah tetap berkarya di zaman intertestamental dengan menggenapkan nubuatan-nubuatan Firman Tuhan yang telah diucapkan para nabi Perjanjian Lama seperti nabi Daniel, nabi Yehezkiel, nabi Maleakhi dan para nabi lainnya.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dekriptis dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan didapatkan dari penelitan ini adalah Firman Tuhan yang telah diucapkan oleh para nabi Perjanjian Lama, benar-benar digenapi oleh Tuhan pada zaman intertestamental, sesuai dengan nubuatan yang telah disampaikan.
