Доброчесність як інструмент розвитку правової культури фахівця у ЗВО в умовах змішаного навчання

The article examines the issue of the relationship between academic integrity and legal culture in higher education in a blended learning environment. It is substantiated that academic integrity is not only an educational standard, but also an effective tool for the formation of legal consciousness and lawful behavior of future professionals. It is emphasized that its principles not only ensure transparency of the educational process, increase confidence in learning outcomes, but also lay the foundation for the development of legal culture. The purpose of the study was to theoretically substantiate and practically generalize the role of academic integrity as a factor in the development of students' legal culture in a mixed educational environment. The methods of comparison, systematization and generalization of educational experience were used, which made it possible to identify effective models for integrating the principles of integrity into the educational process. The results of the study showed that in blended learning, academic integrity takes on new forms of implementation. Remote components make it difficult to monitor violations, but at the same time open up opportunities for the development of legal culture through digital ethics, copyright, and information security. It has been established that effective practices include the introduction of courses and trainings on academic integrity, the development of university policies and codes of conduct, and the use of digital verification services and simulations of ethical situations in the educational process.
