MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCE IN HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT
In the context of training for health services management, multidisciplinary residencies in hospital management represent a strategic differential for the implementation of principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System (SUS). This article aimed to investigate clinical management practices undertaken in a multidisciplinary residency program in hospital management. This is an applied, descriptive, qualitative research methodologically based on the problematization proposed by the Maguerez Arch. The data were analyzed through thematic content analysis. The results highlight both potentializing and limiting elements of the residency in hospital management, in addition to indicating solutions for practical teaching within the perspective of the residency program, based on the experiences lived by residents in problem situations. It is concluded that the standardization of educational processes in the residency constitutes a strategy to strengthen the autonomy of the actors involved and contributes to the implementation of principles for clinical management, promoting a greater connection between teaching and the reality of the professional field.
