Clinical-laboratory, morphometric signs of diabetic macular edema
Macular edema in patients with NDPR-2, NDPR-3, PPDR occurs on the background of activation of the hemostatic system procoagulants (vWF, factor VIII, PS, RFMC, firinogen, thrombin time). The proposed complex treatment reduces thrombogenic activity in the microvasculature of the retina, reduces the permeability of the capillary endothelium of the retina and helps to reduce thickness of the retina in the macula, until complete resolution of macular edema.
