Kode Etik Guru Pendidikan Kristen

The Code of Ethics for Christian Education has a significant role in shaping the character of students based on Christian moral and spiritual principles. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore how this code of ethics is not only a code of conduct, but also a tool to create a learning environment that supports the development of values such as love, justice, and responsibility. Data were collected through direct observation, and document analysis to understand the application of the code of ethics in the context of Christian education. In an ever-changing global context, Christian education requires a relevant approach so that students are able to face the challenges of the times without losing their faith identity. The uniqueness of this research lies in its integrative approach that blends biblical values with modern educational strategies, including project-based learning innovations that apply Christian values in real life. These findings are expected to provide a new perspective in Christian education to form academically, morally, and spiritually superior individuals.
