In wartime, ensuring macroeconomic stabilization in Ukraine is a complex task that requires a comprehensive and prompt response. An important priority is to maintain financial stability, which includes controlling inflation, stabilizing the exchange rate, and ensuring the continuous functioning of the financial system. This can be achieved through close coordination of monetary and fiscal policies, strict control over capital movements, and attracting international financial assistance. An important aspect is supporting the real sector of the economy, in particular, ensuring the continuous functioning of infrastructure, supporting small and medium–sized businesses, and creating favorable conditions for the resumption of production. This requires deregulation, simplifying administrative procedures and ensuring access to financing. It is also necessary to take into account the social aspect, ensuring social protection for the most vulnerable segments of the population, supporting employment and providing humanitarian assistance. This requires effective allocation of budget funds and attracting international assistance.
