Participation in the international division of labour as a direction of economic relations
The subject of the study is the characteristics of the processes of participation in the post–global international division of labour as a form of society’s relations and an integral element of the strategy for the revival and development of the national economic complex during the new modernization. The mutual resonance of global and national transformations is considered from the perspective of the transformations of labour relations, in particular – strengthening the positions of creative activity. The development of economic relations (and, above all, system–forming relations of labour, property and management) is primarily associated with the liberation of creative activity by maintaining a social environment beneficial to innovations and cultivating clusters of new ones. The purpose of writing the article is identifying non–obvious characteristic traits, features, opportunities and threats when participating in the post–global international division of labour, effective ways of using the internal and external environment to strengthen one’s political–economic position. The methodology of the work is based on resource–methodological bases, firstly, socio–economic comparative studies, secondly, futurological diagnostics. The information base of the statistics is formed by regulations, published and foreign publications, research on the nutrition of international economic trends, the directness and nature of megatrends, the role of transition periods. Results of the work are an analysis of the productive use of opportunities for participation in the international division of labour as a component of the system of economic relations was conducted.Conclusions. Understanding the specifics of changes is largely associated with distinguishing global, regional and national forms of trends of post–industrial and post–global shifts. Effective constructive use of general global trends, as well as regional and national specifics, involves studying the content and dynamics of changes. The manifestation of trends toward polystructuring and decentralization, strengthening horizontal cooperation links in chains of strategic cooperation shifts the priorities of participation in the international division of labour. Objective grounds for interest in the availability of markets for raw materials and sales of their products, in structural harmonization, in rhythm and reduction of downtime, in optimization of logistics and production placement, etc. are strengthening. The characteristic features of post–globalism, in particular, a certain isolationism and focus on solving internal problems of life organization and development, preference for endogenous options for operating potential, revival of the ideals of accumulating internal creative forces of society, reasonable protectionism and self–sufficiency – push towards a reassessment of geostrategic mechanisms of international interaction.
