To examine key trends in Ukraine’s security diplomacy in the post-war world, including multilateral guarantees, economic reconstruction, countering hybrid threats, defense cooperation, and scientific diplomacy, providing recommendations to strengthen Ukraine’s role in the new geopolitical reality.
