THE COMPLETE CEI UNIFIED FIELD THEORY: Consciousness as the Fundamental Substrate of Reality

This paper presents the integrated Version 5.0 of the CEI (Consciousness, Energy, Information) framework, establishing consciousness as the fundamental substrate from which physical reality emerges.
