Focusing on the Baroque period, it analyzes the works of prominent poets such as Manuel Bernardes, Francisco Rodrigues Lobo, and Soror Maria de Jesus, highlighting the interplay between religious devotion, national identity, and lyrical expression. Through a narrative and analytical lens, the study investigates the stylistic features of conceptismo and culteranismo, the integration of narrative and lyric forms, and the thematic preoccupations with morality, love, and the tension between the temporal and the eternal.
