Synthesis of tricyclic 7-deazapurines

The synthesis of 3-halogenated pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidinones was carried out using various N-halosuccinimides. The structure of the compounds was confirmed by physicochemical methods. The antitumor activity of the obtained substances was studied.
