A Unified Wormhole Framework in Stochastic Quantum Geometry and MBF
This paper develops a unified theoretical framework for traversable wormholes by combining Stochastic Quantum Geometry (SQG) with the Motion-Based Framework (MBF). The approach integrates semiclassical sources (trace anomaly and Casimir contributions) with a covariant MBF sector, producing consistent effective field equations and explicit wormhole solutions. Key contributions include: A covariant derivation of the MBF stress–energy tensor and consistency with diffeomorphism invariance. A Morris–Thorne wormhole example with explicit null energy condition (NEC) bookkeeping and throat budget estimates. Linear stability analysis with Lindblad damping, shifting quasinormal modes and suppressing instabilities. A survey of falsifiable observational signatures, including gravitational wave echoes, ringdown shifts, lensing and shadow structure, and cosmological correlations in the CMB/LSS. Explicit parameter windows (βanom,γcas,λ,r0)(\beta_{\text{anom}}, \gamma_{\text{cas}}, \lambda, r_0)(βanom,γcas,λ,r0) are identified, defining the conditions under which wormhole solutions are physically viable and observationally testable. Worked examples span microscopic (Planck-scale) and macroscopic (meter-scale) throats, with effective potentials and quasinormal mode spectra illustrated. This framework offers a falsifiable path toward bridging semiclassical gravity with motion-based extensions and establishes a roadmap for experimental verification using next-generation gravitational wave detectors, very-long-baseline interferometry (VLBI), and cosmological surveys.
