e-OMIX : a new visual interface for analysing and managing omics data

Analysing omics data often requires at least basic coding skills. Moreover, the diversity and complexity of available tools may obfuscate the results. With e-OMIX, we aimed at simplifying the user experience of omics analyses by providing a platform to analyse, store and visualise omics data.
