‘To fight, to search, to find and not to give up!’ Dedicated to the memory of Corresponding Member of the Russ Academy of Sciences, State Prize laureate, and EB member of Psychosomatic and Integrative Research Valery Valerianovich Ragulsky

A daughter's memories of her father, V.V. Ragulsky, a strong man and tireless scientist. Life, scientific and creative path of V.V. Ragulsky. Valery Valerianovich Ragulsky is a laureate of the State Prize of the USSR in the field of science and technology (as a member of the group, for 1983) - for a series of works on the self-reversal of the wave front of light at forced scattering at hypersonic. The combination of an outstanding cold analytical mind, rare intuition and incredible perseverance allowed him to successfully pursue science. Valery Ragulsky is the author of a number of effective methods of experimental physics. He developed methods of detection of inverted waves and registration of divergence of laser beams, which are widely used nowadays. He proposed a new method of measuring the spectral dependence of the speed of light and created new types of optical interferometers. He has been a member of the editorial board of the journal Psychosomatic and Integrative Research since its foundation.
