Restoration of the psychoemotional state of women aged 25-35 years in the postpartum period using pilates
The postpartum condition of a woman is characterized by complexity and a high degree of sensitivity, due to a multitude of physiological and psychological changes. This is because the postpartum period is considered a time of increased risk for the development of complex emotional states, which are caused by a combination of biological factors, as well as a change in the woman's social role. The introduction of the Pilates method, utilizing a three-stage approach, into physical rehabilitation programs for women aged 25-35 years who are in the stage of recovery after childbirth, can contribute to a differentiated impact on indicators of psychoemotional state and the level of stress resistance.
